Impact and Programs
Accomplishments
2024 was a transitional year for Fraser. First. we became a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), which allowed us the ability to redesign our care models and add resources for expanded client care. Second, we created safe playing spaces with the upgrades made to multiple Fraser playground sites including Gabriel's Playground at our Richfield FACE's clinic. Third, we once again held major events across the Twin Cities that celebrated belonging and inclusion. These included: the Fraser Festival, presented by Central Roofing Company, Tee Off for Fraser, presented by Geritom Medical, and The Fraser Gala, presented by Toy’n Around. Fraser also returned to the Minnesota State Fair for a fourth year and helped to create a sensory friendly space for Families, children, and adults who needed respite from the sights, sounds, and smells of the Great Minnesota Get Together. We are proud to have partnership with Central Roofing Company to help make the State Fair a sensory friendly environment.
Current Goals
Fraser’s strategic plan, which was refreshed in 2025, establishes our long-term strategic goals around healthcare transformation, inclusion leadership, and thriving staff. Some key initiatives we are working on this year to make progress in those areas are: 1) Continue implementing our new Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic model, including expanding additional integrated services like psychiatry and substance use services to provide whole-person care for our individuals and families. 2) Provide intensive ABA treatment services for even more young children with autism and related needs across the state, including opening a new clinic in Mankato. 3) Launching the “Sensory-Friendly Minnesota” campaign to provide “10,000 ways to belong” including new sensory-friendly spaces for individuals across the state with sensory processing differences. 4) Starting a multi-year effort to reimagine and reinvest in our healthcare, housing, and other facilities. 5) Celebrating our agency’s 90-year anniversary to celebrate Mrs. Fraser and the other pioneering families who helped start the disability inclusion movement in Minnesota.

Geographic Area Served
Fraser primarily serves clients in the Twin Cities Metro area, but with growing Telehealth capabilities, we are expanding our reach to clients beyond the Metro. We currently have Fraser Autism Center of Excellence Satellite Locations locations outside the Metro in Waite Park, MN and are opening another location in Mankato, MN sometime in late 2025.
